First prize in debate competition

In connection with International Women’s Day, as part of the State Women and Child Development Department’s initiatives, a state-level debate competition was organized for college students.

Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College students Ummu Swaliha Bivi M. M. and Anna Maria Thomas from the 2022 batch, who secured the first prize from Thrissur district, received the award from Thrissur Corporation Deputy Mayor Smt. M. L. Rosy at the Women’s Day celebrations held at Thrissur Town Hall on March 8 at 3 PM.
